Final Updates - Beware of the Goblins

Final Updates for Saturday’s Wyco’s Revenge Mountain Bike Race.....

-Shelter #3 at Wyandotte County Lake Park is the Start/Finish/Registration area.  Limited parking is available at shelter #3 with overflow parking along the road leading to shelter #5 & #7. 

-Raceday registration is available and opens at 3:00 pm.   Registration closes at 4:30 pm. 

-The Wyco’s Sprint event has been reduced to 1 lap (8 miles).  No lights are required for the Wyco’s Sprint distance event.

-Complete the full Wyco’s Revenge and earn your finishing shirt.  Awards will be presented to the top 3 in the Wyco’s Revenge and Wyco’s Sprint in the following classes: Male, Female, Male Junior, & Female Junior. 

-Riders must begin their 4th and final lap by 8:00 pm.  After 8:00 pm no rider will be allowed to begin a new lap. 

-Piping hot chili, hot dogs, soft drinks and coffee will be available.  Please feel free to bring your favorite dessert or side dish to share.

-Charge those lights!   The full distance Wyco’s Revenge will require lights.  Two light sources are required – primary and secondary.   It is advised to begin the event with both light sources.  No rider will be allowed to begin the second lap without a light source.

-Weather forecast, 68 degree highs with temps reducing to low 50’s quickly once the sun sets. Do not worry, we will have a nice fire going in the shelter, but still it gets cold at night so be prepared and dress with the proper gear.

Final Course Map

Here is our final course for Saturday's Wyco's Revenge.  An 8 mile course consisting mostly of fun single track with some double track, gravel, road and grass.

Here is a map of the entire lake.  Start/Finish/Registration is at Shelter #3.  Additional parking is available along the road leading to shelter #5 & #7.  Course will pass the parking areas so you will be able to access your pit for food, etc.

Looking to share your time and talents to make the 1st Annual Wyco's Revenge an incredible success?

We currently need 3 volunteers for signup (as of now we have 1 so that race day registration line might be a little long - might consider signing up here) and 3 for scoring.  If you are a super volunteer you can do both :-)

Times required: 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm for signup.   5:30 pm to 8:30 pm for scoring.

All volunteers  receive a $25.00 gift card, t-shirt and a big hug - We genuinely thank you!
